1. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of Henkel Ltd of Wood Lane End, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4RQ or any company affiliated with the organisation, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw including the promoter.
3. Enter by sharing your Loctite Upcycle project via social media post in Instagram, tagging @fixersandmakers and using #Loctite2ndChanceOnTour. Entries or claims not received, incomplete, illegible or delayed will not be accepted.
4. No purchase necessary. Internet access required.
5. The opening date and time for receipt of entries is 00:01 on the 29.06.2023 and
the closing date and time for receipt of entries is 23:59 on 31.08.2023.
6. Maximum one entry per Instagram handle per prize draw. No bulk, consumer group or third party
entries will be accepted.
7. Prize: Win 1 of 10 Loctite Upcycle toolkits consisting of; Loctite branded red and black zip case with; 1x crafting tweezers, 1x clamp, 1x soft grip long nose pliers, 1x ‘Slice’ branded slim cutter (retractable safety knife with finger friendly ceramic blades to reduce potential injuries), assortment of crafting gems, 4x Loctite glue (Loctite SuperGlue Liquid, Loctite SuperGlue Precision Maxx, Loctite SuperGlue Control Power Gel, Loctite SuperGlue XXL Liquid).
8. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash
alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final in relation to the
promotion.
9. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date on the 15.09.2023. The winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram from @fixersandmakers no later than 29.09.2023. Prize must be claimed within 7 days of the initial notification. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners; however, if the prizes are not claimed within 7 days a re-draw will take place.
10. Winners consumer data will only be retained for the duration of the promotion and will not be used for any other purpose. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. 11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to replace entire
prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.
12. The prize winner may be required to participate in and give their consent to related publicity
including their names and photographs being used for promotional purposes and/or
reasonable requests to take part in the Promoters’ publicity.
13. Proof of sending an entry shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility is accepted
for entries that are lost, misdirected, late, damaged or illegible, nor for any associated costs.
14. Winners’ names and counties may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed
envelope to: FPP Design Ltd (Loctite Upcycle Competition), 7th Floor, 7 Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5HD, no later than 28 days after the closing date. FPP Design Ltd administer the competition on behalf of Henkel Ltd.
15. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or
personal injury, arising out of the administration of prize draws, or out of the winner’s or any
third parties enjoyment of the prizes.
16. Prizes are awarded at the promoter's discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of
improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
17. By entering the promotion, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be used by
the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion only, including
contacting winning entrants. Entrants also acknowledge that when a third party asks for
confirmation of a winner of a competition a promoter is required to provide the name of
